60 sqm Apartment Design in Madinaty – Smart Space Optimization

Designing a small apartment requires a clever approach to space planning and aesthetic choices. This was exactly the focus of our latest project – a 60 sqm apartment design in Madinaty. The Mas Egypt team created a full interior design and execution plan to make the most of every square meter while keeping the look stylish and modern.

The layout was reimagined by connecting the open kitchen with the reception area to create a larger sense of flow. Neutral light wall colors combined with warm wooden details were selected to enhance the feeling of comfort and openness. Multi-functional furniture was introduced to maximize storage solutions without compromising on style.

The flooring was finished with light porcelain tiles, and hidden lighting lines were added to create a luxurious effect. The bedroom design was kept simple and calm, using practical furniture pieces to keep the space organized and airy.

This project highlights Mas Egypt’s expertise in delivering modern decoration and finishing solutions, with a focus on functionality and attention to detail – proving that even a 60 sqm apartment can feel spacious, elegant, and fully equipped for a modern lifestyle.
